Sukhoi Su-35

Sukhoi
Fighter · Russia

The Su-35 is a single-seat, twin-engine heavy multirole fighter developed by Sukhoi as a deep upgrade of the Su-27. It first flew in 2008, its NATO reporting name is "Flanker-E", and it is often called a "4++ generation" fighter. With thrust-vectoring AL-41F1S (117S) engines and the Irbis passive electronically scanned array radar, it is famous for its super-manoeuvrability, often flying the "cobra" and "falling leaf" manoeuvres at airshows. The Chinese Air Force bought 24 Su-35s in 2015.
