Turkish Stars

The Turkish Stars (Türk Yıldızları) are the national aerobatic team of the Turkish Air Force, formed in 1992 and based at the 3rd Main Jet Base in Konya. The team flies modernised Canadair-built NF-5A/B Freedom Fighter supersonic jets, making it one of the few aerobatic teams in the world to perform formation aerobatics with supersonic fighters. Known for its eight-ship formations, tight formation changes and red-and-white livery, the team regularly represents Türkiye at airshows across Europe and the Middle East.
