Bell AH-1 Cobra

The Bell AH-1 Cobra is an attack helicopter developed by Bell Helicopter, first flown in 1965 and the world's first purpose-built attack helicopter, known for its classic narrow fuselage with tandem seating. It first saw combat in the Vietnam War and was later developed into the twin-engine AH-1W SuperCobra and the four-blade AH-1Z Viper, long the mainstay attack helicopter of the US Marine Corps, and it has been exported to Japan, Israel, Turkey and several other countries.
